Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you reach out by email or WhatsApp about Ahar orders, bulk enquiries, or one of our apps, we receive whatever contact details and order information you choose to share with us.
For visitors who are only browsing, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page you landed on, the referring site, and coarse technical details such as country and browser — never a profile, and never anything that follows you to another site. We cannot identify you from it, and there is nothing to opt out of because nothing about you is retained.
How we use it
We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry, fulfil an order, or provide support for one of our apps. We don't sell or share your contact details with third parties.
Third-party apps
The Odoo apps and ClipMark are distributed through Odoo's app store and the Chrome Web Store respectively; each has its own listing and, where applicable, its own privacy disclosures at that store.
YouTube API Services
We publish our own app demo videos to our YouTube channel, Mithahara Apps, with an internal tool called Mithahara Uploader. It uses the YouTube API Services, and it is used only by Mithahara, on Mithahara's own channel. It is not offered to anyone else, and it never accesses another person's YouTube account or data.
Through the API it uploads our videos and reads and updates their titles, descriptions, tags and privacy status. It keeps two things: the authorization token Google issues for our channel, stored only on our own machine and never shared, and the IDs of the videos we upload, which link each app's page to its video. It collects nothing about viewers, and shares nothing with third parties. It sets no cookies.
By using YouTube you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page. When access is revoked, we delete the stored token straight away, and any other data obtained through the API within 30 days.
