HR Employee Compliance bundles three HR record-keeping utilities: expiry tracking for any employee document (licenses, certifications, background checks - not just the Passport/Work Permit fields Odoo already tracks), a complaint/grievance log through to resolution, and a disciplinary penalty record.
What it does
Document Expiry Tracker
Add any document type with an expiry date and a notice period. Odoo already tracks Passport and Work Permit expiry natively with its own reminder - this covers every other document those two fields don't.
Automatic reminders, not a spreadsheet
A document approaching its notice period gets a real Odoo activity scheduled automatically - the same reminder mechanism Odoo's own contract/work-permit expiry uses, reused here for every other document type.
Employee Complaints
Log a complaint or grievance and move it through draft, investigating, resolved, and closed - something Community's HR has no equivalent for at all.
Disciplinary Penalties
Record a verbal warning, written warning, suspension, or termination notice against an employee's file, with a reason and who issued it.
