SPC Cpk Analytics
The video below shows SPC Cpk Analytics running on a real Odoo 19 database. Want it driven against your own data, or a question answered first? Ask and we will set up a session.
Odoo's Quality app tells you whether one measurement passed or failed. It doesn't tell you whether the process behind it is stable, drifting, or capable of holding the tolerance at all. This app adds that layer directly on top of your existing Quality Control Points.
What it does
Cp / Cpk process capability
Enable analysis on any Measure-type Quality Control Point with a norm and tolerance range. Cp tells you whether the process spread could fit the spec width; Cpk adjusts for centering - the number that actually matters when a process is capable but off-target.
Individuals / Moving-Range control chart
The right chart for one-measurement-per-check data (not subgrouped X-bar/R): an I-MR chart with real control limits, a moving-range chart, and a capability histogram, all computed from your point's own historical measurements.
Computed where your data already lives
No separate data entry or export. Sample size, mean, standard deviation, Cp, and Cpk are computed directly from your existing quality.check measurements, right on the Quality Control Point form.
Built to the real formulas
Standard I-MR control-limit constants and the textbook Cp/Cpk definitions - not a simplified approximation. The capability math is unit-tested against known-answer cases (centered and off-center processes, edge cases like zero spread or inverted tolerances).
Before you install
This app extends the Quality app's Quality Control Points and Quality Checks - Quality must already be installed. On Odoo Online, custom-code apps like this one can only be installed via Odoo.sh or a self-hosted instance, not through the online Apps import screen.
