The EU Whistleblower Protection Directive puts two clocks on every report: acknowledge receipt within 7 days, and give feedback within 3 months. Miss either and the failure is the organisation's, regardless of how the report itself was handled.
This keeps those clocks. Record a reference and the date a report was received, and both deadlines are worked out for you - with the list showing what is due, what is overdue, and what is done.

What it does
Holds no report content, on purpose
There is no field here for the substance of a disclosure, the reporter's identity, or a category - and that is not an omission to upsell you. A register that only tracks time does not need them, and storing a protected disclosure calls for a confidentiality model that belongs with real case management. A test in the module asserts no such field can be added later.
A missed acknowledgement buys no extra time
Where receipt was acknowledged, the three-month feedback clock runs from that acknowledgement. Where it never was, the clock runs from the date acknowledgement was due - so ignoring the first obligation never quietly relaxes the second.
Not tax advice
This app computes deadlines from the Directive's stated periods, and ships behind its own access group rather than being visible to every employee. It is not legal advice, and national implementations vary - confirm your own obligations with your adviser.
What it does not do
Stated up front so nothing about the scope is a surprise after you install it.
