Adds a category-level cookie consent banner (essential/analytics/marketing/ functional) with a per-visitor audit log of what was accepted and when - covering the gaps in Odoo's native binary "accept all / essential only" cookies bar, which keeps no consent record at all. Bump the website's Cookie Policy Version field to force every visitor to re-consent.
What it does not do
Stated up front, because consent is the kind of feature people assume covers more than it says.
Those first two are what the law asks for on top of a record, so it is worth being plain about them: this captures consent, and captured consent is only worth what acts on it. Withdrawal is currently a matter of clearing the cookie or bumping the policy version, which re-asks everyone at once.
