Odoo posts every reconciliation residual to the same two accounts - Exchange Gain and Exchange Loss - whether it is a genuine movement in a rate or a fraction of a cent left over from arithmetic. Once they are mixed, nobody can tell how much of that balance is real.
This measures the split. Set the amount below which a residual is rounding rather than a rate movement, run the report, and you get how many of your exchange lines fall under it, what they add up to, and what share of the total they are.

What it does
It reads, and only reads
This app changes nothing about how anything is posted. It does not override the account an exchange difference lands in, and it adds no field to your company settings - a test in the module asserts that none of that can creep in later.
A number you can check
A View button opens the sub-threshold journal items themselves, and the largest residual counted as noise is shown so the threshold can be sanity-checked. A figure nobody can drill into is a figure nobody should act on.
Not tax advice
The report reads with your own rights, and refuses to run for a company you cannot see rather than quietly returning zero. The threshold is yours to choose; this app applies the one you enter and does not advise on materiality.
What it does not do
Stated up front so nothing about the scope is a surprise after you install it.
