Odoo is good at telling you what is happening. It is much quieter about what has stopped happening. Four kinds of rot build up in every long-running database, and none of them announce themselves - they just sit there, correct-looking, until someone goes looking.
This installs all four tools and puts them behind one Housekeeping menu, instead of four unrelated corners of Settings.
What it does
Work assigned to people who left
Archiving a user clears nothing. Every lead, task and order still points at them and reads normally - it just drops out of everyone's "My" filter. Finds it all and reassigns in bulk.
Files whose record is gone
There is no foreign key behind an attachment's record reference. When the record goes, the file can stay - and Odoo then refuses to show it to you at all. Reports what is there, and how many bytes.
Portal logins nobody uses
Odoo records every portal account's last sign-in and shows it one contact at a time, inside a dialog. Badges every contact as Never Used, Stale or Active so the whole address book sweeps in one search.
Scheduled actions that are failing
Odoo counts consecutive failures and switches a job off after five of them, while displaying neither the count nor the warning anywhere. Shows both, and flags the jobs about to be switched off.
One menu, four audits
Work still assigned to two people who have left, grouped by who left.
The same menu, one click away: portal accounts nobody has signed into.
How this is put together
There is no duplicated code here. Each of the four tools stays its own app, and this one depends on them - so installing this installs all four, and any one of them still works on its own if you would rather pick and choose. What this adds is the single menu that ties them together.

What it does not do
A young or well-kept database may find nothing in some of these, and that is the correct answer rather than a fault. The point is being able to say so for certain instead of assuming.
