Save and reuse named domain filters across any domain-widget field

Odoo's native domain widget (visual AND/OR/NOT tree builder, live record count, debug raw-text fallback) already covers building a domain well - this does not replace it. The one real gap: no way to save a domain you built as a named, reusable snippet and load it back into another domain field on the same model. (Snippets are filed under the model they were built against, and only offered there - a res.partner domain would not mean anything on a sale order.) Adds two buttons - "Save as snippet" / "Load snippet" - to the existing native widget, backed by one small model.
